Skill Development Program
A hands-on, first-step program focusing on building practical skills like animal care, gardening, woodworking, and cooking.
Tailored to each participant’s goals, this program helps foster confidence and independence.
Work Experience Program
Designed for participants ready to refine their skills and gain real-world experience. Activities include advanced farm tasks, teamwork, and customer-facing opportunities.
After School Program
This program is currently paused. We anticipate reopening it in the near future! Stay tuned!
Short Term Respite
A unique and peaceful retreat offering participants short-term accommodation in a fully self-contained 2-bedroom cabin. Located on our serene 11-acre farm, participants can relax, recharge, and connect with nature.
Skill Development
The Skill Development Program is the foundation of our services, designed to provide participants with the tools and confidence needed to work toward independence.
This hands-on program focuses on practical skill-building in a supportive and engaging environment tailored to the unique needs, interests, and goals of each participant.
Program Highlights
Animal Care: Learn to feed, groom, and care for farm animals, fostering responsibility, empathy, and a connection with nature.
Gardening and Horticulture: Develop gardening skills by planting, nurturing, and harvesting fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Gain insights into sustainable gardening practices.
Woodworking and Handyman Skills: Engage in woodworking projects such as building birdhouses, garden beds, or small furniture pieces. Learn basic maintenance tasks like repairing fences or painting.
Cooking and Nutrition: Use farm-fresh produce to learn cooking techniques and prepare healthy meals while understanding the basics of nutrition.
Work Experience
The Work Experience Program is the next step for participants who have completed the Skills for Independence Program or have developed a foundational level of skills and confidence.
This program is designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience in a structured and supportive environment. Participants take on more advanced tasks and responsibilities, preparing them for employment or independent living.
Program Highlights
Farm Operations: Take part in daily farm management activities such as caring for animals, planting, and harvesting crops.
Gardening and Horticulture: Build on skills learned in the Skills for Independence Program, such as woodworking, maintenance, and gardening, but with greater complexity and independence.
Sales and Customer Engagement: Participate in donation-based sales of farm produce, plants, and crafts, gaining customer service and interpersonal skills.
Workplace Readiness: Use farm-fresh produce to learn cooking techniques and prepare healthy meals while understanding the basics of nutrition.
After School Program

Our After School Program offers school-aged participants a safe, relaxed, and engaging environment to unwind after their school day.
Through a mix of fun activities and skill-building opportunities, the program promotes personal growth, socialisation, and confidence while providing a sense of routine and community.

Tailored Activities: Sessions are customised to meet the interests, needs, and abilities of each participant.
Skill Development: Build life skills through hands-on activities such as animal care, gardening, arts and crafts, and teamwork.
Socialisation Opportunities: Encourages participants to build friendships, practice communication skills, and work collaboratively.
Supportive Environment: Supervised by experienced and caring Team Leaders who ensure participants feel safe and supported.
